Remember the fun and nostalgia of getting real personal mail? With PRETZEL POST, it’s back — and it’s got castles, sausages, and a tiny dog.
Each month, a letter directly from Germany lands in your mailbox, full of legends and old-world charm — based on the real world adventures of me, Victoria and my royal dog „Rudolf von Rothenburg“.
Rothenburg ob der Tauber is one of the most well-known medieval towns in Germany. And as residents often say, “We’re not tourists. We live here!” So come experience life in Germany together with us by post — one tail-wagging tale at a time!
PRETZEL POST is a fun, personal way to connect with your heritage—one delightful letter at a time.
With over 40 million Americans claiming German ancestry, you’re in great company. And what better way to explore it than with real stories, traditions, and hidden gems sent straight from Germany to your home?
It’s like a little piece of your past, delivered right to your mailbox.
In this digital world, it is refreshing to look back to the time when hand written letters were the norm. We help keep those nostalgic days alive with PRETZEL POST. Choose the subscription that fits you best. Wonderful as a gift too! They are surprisingly reasonable and all the way from Germany to your mailbox!
Want to know a secret? Germany has over 20,000 medieval castles! You’d need a lifetime (and very comfy shoes) to see them all. So we pick the most magical and mysterious ones to feature in our letters—each one packed with fun facts, hidden legends, and local flavor.
PRETZEL POST is like getting a mini adventure in your mailbox, straight from the heart of Europe.
PRETZEL POST are letters from Germany mailed to you the first week of every month. The medieval-style illustrated letters are printed on high quality card-stock and created to be collected. You can put them together in a ring binder to create an A5 size story book. (8.25 inches high by 5.8 inches wide)
You will also receive a beautiful collector card of the month, a sticker made from my personal paintings, a collector German postage stamp and even an occasional little surprise. An example of a monthly mailing is pictured above.
