Refund policy
We hope you love getting your Pretzel Post letters but if you want to cancel, we have a 7-day cancellation policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your letter to request a cancellation of your remaining subscription. After this time, you will receive the remaining letters and your subscription will not renew.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
